In a recent “Reports on Housing” report from Steven Thomas, housing inventory (or the number of listings) for Orange County shot up over 85% compared to 2012 but many of the listings are overpriced.  Mr Thomas predicts the pace of sales will inevitably slow in Orange County.

In my experience, it is true that the real estate market is much more active during the late spring/summer months.  To find the right home or buyer, the other months of the year may require a little more patience.  However, a good realtor can also make a big difference.  Try us out!
